About the Role

A Scrum Master with Financial Services experience is required to support our agile teams. The role involves facilitating agile ceremonies, coaching teams on lean-agile practices, and supporting the adoption of agile methodologies within our organization.

Key Skills and Experience

• Supporting squad and agile team leaders in enabling workflow through lean-agile practices.
• Providing coaching and support to team members to foster lean-agile thinking.
• Leading agile ceremonies such as Daily Scrums, Retrospectives, and Planning sessions.
• Upskilling teams on lean-agile tooling and methodologies.
• Supporting teams in executing key initiatives effectively.
