Job summary

TRIA is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master for its hospitality tech team. You will own sprint cadence, facilitate ceremonies across multiple pods, and partner with third party vendors to keep delivery on track.

You will interface daily with offshore teams, manage blockers, and track governance steps in sprint planning. Experience with Jira and agile metrics is essential, and familiarity with retail or hospitality contexts is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a technology team.
• Experience facilitating ceremonies for several teams, including outsourced or offshore partners across time zones.
• Experience managing dependencies across several teams.
• Knowledge of Agile tooling (Jira or equivalent) and delivery metrics.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all sprint ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective) across the Automation, AI & Integration pods.
• Maintain the impediment log - resolve blockers, or escalate promptly
• Track governance steps as dependencies in sprint planning, including design approval and partner onboarding, design, and go-live gates.
