Job summary

Zensar Technologies is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for complex enterprise initiatives in the UK. You will facilitate Scrum rituals, coach teams, and partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to improve delivery value.

You have 8-10 years in IT, hands-on experience with Scrum, SAFe and Kanban, and a track record of Agile transformation. You will drive continuous improvement and removal of impediments to ensure reliable, timely delivery.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Scrum Master with 8-10 years of overall IT experience and substantial expertise in leading Agile delivery teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices, driving continuous improvement, removing delivery impediments, and ensuring successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.
The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, Architects, Development Teams, and Business Stakeholders to promote Agile principles, improve team effectiveness, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
