Job summary

Tria, a well known hospitality and leisure business, is hiring a Scrum Master to join their AI & Automation CoE in Hertfordshire. You will own sprint cadence, ceremonies, and be the day-to-day interface with partners and offshore teams.

The role requires experience leading Scrum in a technology team, coordinating multiple teams, managing dependencies, and using Jira or similar tools. Hybrid work with 2 days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a technology team.
• Experience facilitating ceremonies for multiple teams, including offshore partners.
• Experience managing cross-team dependencies.
• Knowledge of Agile tooling and delivery metrics.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all sprint ceremonies across the Automation, AI & Integration pods.
• Maintain the impediment log and resolve blockers or escalate.
• Track governance steps in sprint planning, including design approval and partner onboarding.
• Track dependencies between pods.
• Provide accurate, consistent delivery data.
