Tria is seeking a Scrum Master to join our AI & Automation CoE. The role manages sprint cadence, ceremonies, and acts as the day-to-day interface with partners and offshore teams. Hybrid work with two days in the Hertfordshire office.

You will facilitate ceremonies, track impediments, and monitor governance steps, with a focus on delivering value across the Automation, AI & Integration pods. Retail/hospitality exposure is a plus.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a technology/telecom environment.
• Experience facilitating ceremonies for multiple teams including offshore partners across time zones.
• Experience coordinating dependencies across teams and有效delivery metrics.

Hertfordshire - 2x per week in office

We are representing a well known, hospitality and leisure business looking for a Scrum Master to join their dedicated AI & Automation CoE. You will work closely with third party vendors, own the sprint cadence and ceremonies, and be the day-to-day interface with partners and offshore teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate all sprint ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective) across the Automation, AI & Integration pods
• Maintain the impediment log - resolve blockers, or **escalate** promptly
• Track governance steps as dependencies in sprint planning, including design approval and partner onboarding, design, and go-live gates
• Track dependencies between pods
• Provide accurate, consistent delivery data

We are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a technology team
• Experience facilitating ceremonies for several teams, including outsourced or offshore partners across time zones
• Experience managing dependencies across several teams
• Knowledge of Agile tooling (Jira or equivalent) and delivery metrics

Experience within retail & hospitality would be highly beneficial, as well as prior exposure to AI & automation projects.
