Job summary

Head Resourcing Ltd in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join on a 6-month contract to enable Agile delivery across the organisation. You will embed Scrum practices, coach stakeholders, and promote a culture of continuous improvement within a hybrid Edinburgh environment.

Qualifications

• Recent experience as Scrum Master in small Financial Services, FinTech or Professional Services organisations.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks with experience of implementing and championing Scrum in new teams/environments (size 200–300).
• Strong facilitation & coaching skills with excellent communication and influencing across all levels.
• Engaging collaborative style and approach essential for success in this contract.

Scrum Master - Contract

6 months initially

Edinburgh/Hybrid

£450-£550 per day Outside IR35

A small Scottish Financial Services organisations is currently seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join their team on an initial 6-month Contract. Joining an existing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for enabling effective Agile delivery across the organisation by embedding Scrum Practices, coaching key stakeholders and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Working with Product Owners, Technology Leads and several Business Stakeholders, this role will focus on facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing blockers & improving delivery flow, and to be successful, we're seeking candidates with the following knowledge & experience:

1. Recent experience working as a Scrum Master in other small Financial Services, FinTech or Professional Services organisations.
2. Deep & demonstrable knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks with experience of implementing and championing Scrum into new teams / environments (ideally smaller organisations of a similar size / culture - circa 200 to 300 in size)
3. Strong facilitation & coaching skills with excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organisation.
4. An engaging collaborative style & approach will be absolutely essential for success in this Contract.
