What You Will Do:

1. Facilitate and lead teams in adopting Agile methodologies, enhancing performance and efficiency.
2. Solve complex problems and manage cross-functional, cross-located teams to drive projects to successful completion.
3. Influence and motivate other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders, fostering high-performing, engaged teams.
4. Collaborate closely with multi-disciplined teams, seizing opportunities to grow and enhance your career.
5. Contribute strategically to product development, inspiring the wider organisation in the transformative journey.
6. Utilize tools such as Confluence & JIRA to manage projects and backlogs effectively.

What You Will Bring:

3. Experience in managing projects and backlogs using tools like Confluence & JIRA.
4. A university bachelor's degree, with Scrum Master certification being a desirable addition.
5. Automotive industry experience is preferred (but not essential).
