I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Scrum Master to join their team.

Job Description

As Scrum Master, your main responsibilities are:

1. Coaching the team to understand the Scrum framework and practices.
2. Guiding the team through execution of the Scrum practices, to deliver outcomes prioritized by the Scrum Product Owner.
3. Helping ensure that goals and scope are clear for the team.
4. Identifying tools for Product Backlog management.
5. Supporting the team's efforts to create high-value products.

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Experience managing projects & backlogs, in tools such as Confluence & JIRA.
• Scrum Master certification is desirable.
• Project Management experience.
• University Bachelor's Degree.
