Job summary

Gremlin LTD. is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to keep delivery teams moving across client engagements. You’ll remove blockers, coach teams on agile practices, and work closely with clients to communicate progress and manage expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Scrum Master or agile delivery experience.
• Proven track record of delivering technical projects.
• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience working with engineering teams (cloud, DevOps, or software).
• Comfortable working directly with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from distractions.

Job description

We need someone who knows that agile is about delivering working software, not filling in Jira boards. You’ll keep our delivery teams running smoothly across client engagements, removing blockers, not creating them. If your idea of a good day is running a perfectly formatted sprint report while the team quietly loses the will to live, this isn’t the role for you. • Run stand-ups that last 45 minutes
• Produce burndown charts that nobody looks at
