Job description

SCRUM Master

Looking for a SCRUM Master with exposure to the full development life cycle and test driven development (TDD).

You will have strong experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies and solid people management skills. Ideally, you will be a SCRUM Master with a background in development management and experience delivering N-Tier architecture projects in a Financial Services setting. Experience in a DevOps environment is highly beneficial, as is experience in Banking and Digital applications.

Any experience in maturing a product landscape and mentoring others would be highly desirable. You must have strong third-party management skills. While you are expected to have come from a development career path, this is not essential. A good understanding of Target Operating Models would be ideal but not mandatory. The role requires you to be in the office at least one day a week and can be based in London or Liverpool.
