Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a Scrum Master to lead an Agile development team, manage product backlog, and report project progress to clients. You will guide the team in Scrum practices, facilitate collaboration, and ensure delivery aligns with business outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in Scrum/Agile roles, strong PM skills, and experience across the full lifecycle. A PMP is desirable, with opportunities for professional growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile Team Management.
• Strong project management capabilities
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Experience in full development project life cycle implementations
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage scope, RAID, resources, and budget
• Proven track record in delivering fixed price engagements
• Strong stakeholder management
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong interest in developing PM Capability solutions and methodologies
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
• PMP Certification is desirable

Requirements
