Job summary

Head Resourcing is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master for a leading boutique investment management firm in Edinburgh. The role focuses on embedding agile practices across regulated environments and driving delivery improvement.

You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, and partner with Product Owners and senior stakeholders to shape change across the business. Hybrid work with 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Proven Scrum Master experience within financial services or other regulated environments.
• Strong experience embedding Agile practices beyond established frameworks.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with teams at all levels, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Remove delivery impediments.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Work with Product Owners, technology teams, and senior stakeholders to shape how change is delivered.

Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven Scrum Master experience within financial services, investment management, or another regulated environment.

• Ability to engage confidently with teams at all levels, including senior leadership.
