Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Chorley is seeking Scrub Practitioners or registered nurses/ODPs to join our peri-operative team. You will rotate through ENT, Max Fax, Breast, or vascular surgery, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

We offer a fully supported induction with a mentor, ongoing education from our theatre education team, and opportunities to develop within a caring, forward-looking trust.

Qualificações

• Registered nurse/ODP with current NMC/HCPC registration.
• Evidence of continuing education or development for more experienced Band 5 nurses.
• RN1, RN2 General Nursing Posts / ODP.

Responsabilidades

• Be part of the scrub team delivering high-quality peri-operative care.
• Rotate through ENT, Max Fax, Breast or vascular surgery.
• Support and mentor future healthcare professionals.
• Assist planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care in line with professional frameworks.
• Maintain organizational standards and provide clinical supervision where needed.
