Job summary

We are recruiting motivated Registered Nurses or ODPs to join the Scrub Team in the Day Surgery Unit at Llandudno. The post involves caring for patients undergoing general and orthopaedic procedures, with a flexible approach to shifts and the option to work across sites in North Wales.

The role requires engagement in peri-operative care, collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team, and participation in staff education and development.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or ODP with scrub experience is required.
• Experience in peri-operative care and scrub roles desirable.
• Willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate evidence-based patient care during peri-operative periods.
• Work with multi-disciplinary team to meet patient needs with minimal supervision.
• Support education and development of other staff and students.
