Job summary

The Nursing and Midwifery Council invites applications for the Screening Manager, Triage in London or Edinburgh. You will lead a team of Triage Officers, oversee enquiries, and ensure high-quality customer service within a modern fitness to practise process.

You’ll drive process improvements, build strong internal and external relationships, and support staff through change while fostering an inclusive environment. This is a permanent, hybrid role with two office days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team to deliver high-quality work at pace.
• Experience in staff management and motivation.
• Experience guiding staff through process changes.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience making casework decisions, preferably in a regulatory setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to the Triage team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee enquiries and drive Triage decisions.
