Job summary

Reed Screening is seeking an experienced Screening Manager to lead our operational teams and deliver high-quality services to clients.

You will ensure screening processes are efficient, compliant and delivered to a high standard, while supporting and developing Team Leaders.

This role offers a 12-week training period, a hybrid pattern (one week in the office, one week from home) and a clear path to an Operations Manager position.

Qualifications

• Experience in screening, compliance or regulated environments.
• Proven leadership, managing Team Leaders or supervisors.
• Strong understanding of quality standards, risk and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead screening operations, ensuring quality, compliance and service standards are met.
• Deliver a high-quality screening service for clients across regulated sectors.
• Manage team performance, workloads and resource planning.
• Coach and develop Team Leaders to drive success.
• Act as the escalation point for complex or high-risk cases.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies.
