Job summary

Reed Screening seeks a motivated Business Development Manager to grow our client base across public and private sectors. You’ll generate and win new business, build senior-level relationships, and promote our screening and compliance solutions while managing opportunities from first contact to onboarding.

This hybrid role (Manchester ideally or UK remote) includes travel to client meetings and events, a base salary of £36,000 with a strong bonus/OTE up to £60,000, and excellent training,

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales or account management.
• A proven track record of winning new business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, target-driven approach.
• Experience within recruitment, screening, compliance or outsourcing is beneficial, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate and win new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Promote Reed Screening's screening and compliance solutions.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through to contract win and onboarding.
• Attend networking events, client meetings and industry events to build your network and generate leads.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent client experience.
