Qualifications

• 2+ years in an office-based admin, compliance, recruitment or customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional and confident telephone manner.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage employment screening checks from start to finish.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, clients and referees.
• Review and analyse employment documentation.
• Obtain and validate UK and international references.
• Conduct employment and gap analysis.
• Identify discrepancies and request clarification.
• Manage multiple cases to deadlines and service levels.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Handle confidential information per data protection standards.
