Marvel FMCG - Certified B Corporation® is recruiting a dynamic sales leader to drive the Scottish brewing business, currently the region’s second. You will steer a team of about 11 field sales professionals, turning around underperforming areas and growing market share while aligning with marketing to modernise a heritage brand.

You will relocate and travel regularly across the UK, with a strong emphasis on people leadership, performance coaching and delivering results in a competitive beer

Qualificações

• Proven track record leading teams in FMCG, preferably drinks.
• Experience turning around underperforming territories.
• Ability to coach, motivate and manage performance.
• Strong commercially-focused leadership with coaching mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of ~11 field sales people across Scotland.
• Back strong performers and have candid conversations with underperformers.
• Turn around declining territories and drive regional growth.
• Inspire belief that beers can win taps against competition.
• Collaborate with marketing to refresh heritage brands.
• Manage brewery portfolio and strengthen supplier relationships.
• Be part of UK sales leadership with monthly travel to England.
