Job summary

Imperial Brands in Inverness, Scotland, is seeking a Regional Field Sales Executive to represent our brands in the field and develop relationships with retailers and wholesalers across the region. This field-based role offers autonomy to manage your territory, build partnerships, and drive sales, with unrivalled training and support from a dedicated team.

The package includes a £38,000 annual salary, a 24% annual bonus, a company car, and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in face-to-face FMCG sales to retailers and wholesalers.
• Proven ability to build relationships and meet self-set targets.
• Excellent communication and people skills with quick rapport.

Responsibilities

• Drive business across Retail Independent, Convenience, Multiple stores, Key Accounts and Wholesale.
• Build relationships with retailers and wholesalers, selling new products.
• Drive customer advocacy by achieving sales, market share, distribution, availability, and coverage.
• Identify merchandising opportunities to maximize space and visibility of Imperial brands on shelf.
• Identify new opportunities by understanding category and shopper behaviour in-store.
• Achieve targets and ensure trade incentives are used effectively.
