Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to own the Scotland territory, driving new business development and expanding the client base across industrial markets from a home-based role in the Central Belt, with coverage including Glasgow and nearby towns.

This is a field-based opportunity with autonomy, full product training and a clear path for progression as the regional presence grows, supported by an established engineering team.

Qualifications

• Technical Sales / BD background.
• Proven experience winning new B2B business.
• Experience selling technical products, services or solutions into industrial markets.
• Comfortable independently managing and developing a regional territory.
• Based within the Central Belt of Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of sales and business development.
• Manage and develop selected larger existing accounts.
• Sell technical equipment, systems and service and contract solutions.
• Uncapped commission with £15,000 - £20,000+ expected commission earnings.
• Excellent long-term progression as the Scottish operation expands.
