Fintelligent is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to build relationships across the property sector and drive new opportunities. This field-based role offers autonomy to grow your territory while representing a lender known for tailored funding solutions.

You will receive ongoing training, work with experienced colleagues, and contribute to a growing specialist lending team. A strong track record in sales and relationship management is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account/relationship management with a track record of targets.
• Experience in lending or property-related sectors preferred.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle; willing to travel across your region.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across your assigned region with property professionals, developers and investors.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through to completion with internal teams for a great client experience.
• Represent the business at client meetings, networking events and industry functions to grow the network and opportunities.
• Meet revenue targets and maintain an active pipeline via CRM management.
