Job summary

SSE's SSEN Transmission is seeking a PMO Process Manager to help design governance and assurance capabilities for future investment opportunities in Scotland. The role requires spending 50% of the week in the office across Perth, Glasgow, Aberdeen or Inverness.

You will develop and embed scalable governance, assurance and information management processes to support decision-making and readiness. The position offers permanent, full-time employment with flexible options and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Experience leading PMO, governance, assurance, change adoption or programme support teams.
• Experience in governance, assurance, change management and business improvement.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Degree-level or professional qualification or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of governance, assurance and information management processes for future investment opportunities and strategic programmes.
• Support development and implementation of the emerging Pre Gate 0 Framework, including governance routes, assurance controls and information standards.
• Provide governance and assurance support across Investment Planning activities, including management of obligations and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain scalable reporting, workflow and information management solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint.
• Lead and develop PMO process capability, supporting Process Leads and Project Information Officers while driving continuous improvement and data quality.
