Job summary

Oxford Immunocore seeks a Scientist - Infectious Diseases to advance the ImmTAX platform and other modalities in chronic infections. The role involves planning experiments, data analysis, and presenting results to cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will hold a PhD (or MSc with significant experience) in molecular biology, virology or immunology and have bench experience with techniques like ddPCR, sequencing, qPCR, flow cytometry, and ELISAs/ELISpots.

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc with bench lab experience in molecular biology or immunology.
• Experience with key molecular techniques listed above in a research setting.
• Interest in infectious diseases and drug development is desired.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and execute experiments to advance Immunocore projects.
• Analyze data, interpret results and communicate findings in meetings.
• Collaborate across Research and other departments to progress pipeline.
