Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Team Member to support validation and lab operations at our Portsmouth site. You will review requests, perform tests, record data and ensure safety and compliance in a hands-on laboratory environment.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Science or equivalent, understand lab techniques, and possess strong analytical skills to interpret results. On-site role with opportunities to contribute to GMP-compliant workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Science (Biological/Chemical/Engineering) or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of laboratory techniques and measurement methods.
• Strong analytical skills to analyse test results and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Review job requests, safety data and understand testing requirements per SOPs.
• Perform test work per laboratory requirements and record data, flag delays or deviations.
• Review timelines and discuss schedule with laboratory management.
• Operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment/instrumentation to support testing.
