Your Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Scientist 1 or Scientist 2 (depending on your experience) to join our Molecular Biology team, focusing on Genetic Stability testing packages. As a Molecular Biology Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting GMP studies, providing scientific support to internal and external clients regarding laboratory assays, maintaining study records including deviation reports to meet regulatory standards, and responding to audit observations through BRIQS. You will also proactively implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. The role offers flexibility to work Monday to Friday or a condensed 4-day week, with a requirement to work 1 in 8 weekends.

Who you are:

• BSc or higher degree in Biological Sciences with 3+ years of relevant experience or a PhD.
• Experience with Molecular Biology techniques such as DNA/RNA extraction, qPCR, endpoint PCR, Sanger sequencing, droplet PCR, Northern/Southern blotting, and molecular microbiology is desirable.
• Experience working within quality-driven systems (GxP) is preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to ensure successful project execution.
• Good organizational skills, including the ability to plan and manage workload to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
• Personal responsibility to deliver high-quality internal and external client service.
