Qualifications

• Experience working as a Science Technician or in a laboratory setting.
• Knowledge of laboratory health and safety procedures.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up equipment, chemicals and resources for practical science lessons.
• Support teachers during practical demonstrations and investigations.
• Maintain, clean and store laboratory equipment in line with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor stock levels, order resources and keep inventory records.
• Ensure labs, prep rooms and storage areas stay safe, organised and compliant.
• Perform routine safety checks and risk assessments according to school policies.
