Job summary

Bridge Academy Trust in Chipping Ongar is seeking an enthusiastic technician to support the Science Department. You'll prepare and manage laboratory resources and ensure students' safety while conducting experiments.

This permanent role requires reliability and knowledge of health and safety in a lab, allowing you to contribute actively to classroom practical lessons.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Health and Safety and experience handling chemicals in a laboratory setting.
• Ability to work reliably and efficiently with students and staff.

Job description

Salary & Contract

Scale 3, Point 4 – 5 including Fringe allowance. Actual Salary £9,116 - £9,255. Permanent.

Hours

15 hours per week, working pattern to be agreed with successful candidate between 8am‑4pm.
