Location: Rugby, Warwickshire
Salary: £31,650 – £49,084 (MPS/UPS)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: September 2025

An independent specialist school in Rugby is looking to appoint a skilled and enthusiastic Teacher of Science for a full-time, permanent position starting in September 2025. The school caters to young people aged 6–19 with SEMH needs and associated barriers to learning, offering a personalised, supportive, and therapeutic approach to education.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Science specialist to teach in a smaller setting where relationships, flexibility, and creativity are key. You will deliver a Science curriculum adapted to suit the needs of learners, many of whom may have gaps in prior education. The ability to engage students, foster curiosity, and build confidence is essential.
