Job summary

CER Education Recruitment is working with a well-regarded academy in Stockton seeking a passionate Science teacher to join their team. The role is full-time, fixed-term, starting September 2026 and running until Christmas with potential to become permanent.

Teach Science across KS3 and KS4, plan engaging lessons, and support students to reach their full potential. UK QTS is required, with openness to ECTs, and the department can be flexible with timetabling.

Contract Type: Full-time, Fixed term

Pay: £140 to £251.71 per day

CER Education is working exclusively with a well-regarded academy in Stockton, seeking a passionate and committed Science teacher to join their team. There is a bit of flexibility with subject specialism as the department can move timetable around.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a school with excellent leadership, strong systems, and a supportive staff culture. The role starts in September / October 2026, is full-time and will run until the Christmas break in the first instance. The role is an open vacancy so has potential to become a permanent position, for the right candidate.
