University of Bath's Faculty of Science Placements Team is seeking a proactive Faculty Placements Officer to build and manage placement opportunities across the UK and internationally, working closely with academic departments and industry partners.

You will support students through every stage of the placement journey, developing employability skills, coordinating employer engagements, delivering presentations, and fostering productive external relationships.

Qualificações

• Experience of employer engagement, higher education or student support would be highly advantageous.
• Able to engage with students, academics and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organisation and proactive communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Build on and manage a portfolio of placement opportunities, working closely with academic departments and external organisations across industry, commerce and the public sector.
• Support students through every stage of the placement journey, developing employability skills and securing opportunities.
• Monitor progress and celebrate students' achievements during placements.
• Contribute to innovative employability initiatives and broaden professional networks.
