Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Extensive experience teaching Science at secondary level.
• Proven track record of delivering strong pupil outcomes.
• Outstanding subject knowledge and classroom practice.
• Experience leading, coaching or developing other teachers.
• Strong understanding of science curriculum planning and assessment.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence teaching practice across multiple settings.
• Passion for professional development and continuous improvement.
• Experience as Head of Science or Deputy Head of Department advantageous.

• Setting high standards for science across several schools.
• Modelling outstanding classroom practice.
• Coaching and mentoring science teachers to improve practice.
• Supporting curriculum development and implementation.
