• Can inspire, coach and mentor teachers, including ECTs and trainee teachers.
• Committed to raising aspirations and achievement for all students, particularly in a diverse and ambitious school community.

Responsibilities

• Lead teaching and learning across the Science department and wider academy.
• Coach and mentor staff, including ECTs and trainee teachers, through professional learning.
• Contribute to whole-school improvement strategies and evidence-informed practice.
• Model exceptional classroom practice to create a culture where staff and students thrive.
