Job summary

Spaghetti Bridge Ltd invites applications for a Science Lead Teacher at Hampton Bridge School in Northampton. The role focuses on delivering Science to GCSE level within a progressive, project-based curriculum and includes oversight of the science curriculum across the school.

You will coach colleagues, develop subject plans and resources, contribute to research-led practice, and help establish the Spaghetti Bridge approach. Early application encouraged; safeguarding checks required.

Qualifications

• Hold an appropriate qualification to deliver Science to GCSE level.
• Be passionate about Science and capable of delivering a creative, project-based curriculum.
• Have experience of middle leadership/subject leadership.
• Be a team player, able to coach and model excellent teaching practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Science curriculum across the school and provide subject plans, resources and QA.
• Support colleagues to deliver Science through the Enterprise Learning project-based curriculum.
• Contribute to establishing and embedding the Spaghetti Bridge curriculum across the school.
• Engage in career development and cross-group networking within the school community.
