Job summary

South Thames Colleges Group seeks a Schools Partnership Coordinator on a fixed-term contract to build relationships with local schools and other stakeholders. You will plan assemblies, workshops and outreach events, promoting opportunities at the Colleges and supporting student recruitment across the region.

You will work within a dedicated team, collaborating with Marketing and delivering engaging presentations. Strong communication, organisation and travel flexibility are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with learners in teaching or youth work settings.
• Confident and engaging presenter with the creativity to design and deliver activities for large groups.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to develop partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel to schools and out to engage with partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local schools, careers advisers, prospective students and parents.
• Plan and deliver assemblies, workshops, careers events and outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create engaging campaigns and materials.
• Act as an ambassador for the Colleges and support student recruitment across the region.
