Vision For Education Ltd. in Manchester is seeking a School Youth Worker to support students with SEMH, helping them overcome challenges and re-engage with education. This role is full-time and temporary, with weekly PAYE salary between £450 and £500, starting November 2026.

You will provide pastoral, behavioural and emotional support in classes and through targeted interventions, building relationships and skills to improve educational outcomes for vulnerable learners.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children, young people or vulnerable adults, particularly within SEMH or challenging behaviour settings.
• Calm, resilient and adaptable approach to supporting pupils with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
