Job summary

Springfield Primary School is seeking a dedicated Wrap Around Manager to lead the wraparound provision, ensuring a safe, stimulating environment for children and smooth day-to-day operations from 7.00am–8.45am and 3.00pm–6.15pm, Monday to Friday, 39 weeks per year.

The role requires experience with children in school settings, a Level 3 childcare qualification (desirable), safeguarding training, and excellent organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting.
• Safeguarding training is desirable to ensure safeguarding standards.
• Strong organisational and time management skills for managing wraparound provision.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children and promote inclusive play.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of the wraparound provision.
• Plan engaging activities and promote positive behaviour.
• Manage bookings, payments and registers, ensuring accurate records.
