Job summary

Equity in Brighton is seeking a Tour Coordinator to progress the organisation of our trips and ensure a great customer experience through seamless communication at every step. You will be the main point of contact for teachers and group leaders, handling queries and building lasting relationships.

You will also develop strong connections with external partners, making reservations and ensuring memorable trips for students, while learning and growing a career in travel in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Strong organisation and admin skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A good command of all MS Office applications.
• An interest in travel and knowledge about some of our destinations.
• Fluency in a European language (French, Italian, Spanish, German) would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Progress the organisation of trips and ensure a great experience for customers.
