Cardiff Metropolitan University invites applications for a fixed-term School Support Officer in Transnational Education based in Cardiff. You will support the professional services infrastructure of the expanding TNE portfolio, coordinating academic-related administration and partner engagement.
The role emphasises quality assurance, curriculum management, and providing training and guidance to both academic and professional services at partner institutions.
Cardiff School of Technologies’ Transnational Education (TNE) activity currently supports more than 6000 students across 6 Partner Institutions around the world. This exciting role based in Cardiff School of Technologies will be responsible for supporting the professional services infrastructure of the expanding TNE portfolio in Cardiff School of Technologies.
You’ll coordinate and support:
This is a fixed term contract for 18 months, with a possibility of becoming permanent.
With excellent planning and organisational skills coupled with exemplary interpersonal skills, you will be able to manage yourself and others to competing deadlines in a friendly, positive and professional manner. Your keen eye for detail and ability to work in an agile and flexible environment are an asset as you can use your initiative to think creatively and solve problems or make recommendations for improvements. Your digital skills and expertise with various applications and software will ensure you can work efficiently and effectively. Existing knowledge, understanding and experience of educational environments, particularly HE will be a benefit to your role.
