Salary: £61,759 - £67,468 per annum (Grade 8)

Following the launch of our University Strategy, Our future, together, and the recent publication of our expanded, ambitious and innovative Global Strategy, Cardiff University is establishing a dedicated Transnational Education (TNE) team.

Cardiff University is seeking to appoint an experienced and ambitious Head of Transnational Education (TNE) to provide strategic leadership for Cardiff University’s ambitious and growing TNE portfolio.

The post holder will provide strategic leadership, direction and management for the University’s TNE portfolio, ensuring that its development is aligned with Cardiff University’s strategic priorities and Global Strategy. They will develop new TNE opportunities, lead partnership negotiations and oversee the development and delivery of TNE agreements across a range of international markets and jurisdictions.

The post holder will provide expert advice on the legal, regulatory and compliance considerations associated with TNE, working closely with colleagues across the University to ensure that partnerships are appropriately developed, governed and delivered.

The postholder will lead and line manage the Cardiff University TNE Team, providing strategic direction and creating a collaborative, high-performing team focused on developing and managing high-quality TNE partnerships.

The post is full time and open ended.

International travel will be necessary, as required.
