Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations (COSHH and risk assessments).
• Ability to plan, prioritise work, and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee school grounds and maintain security and access.
• Lead cleaning team, train staff, and monitor work quality.
• Manage maintenance tasks, basic repairs, and record-keeping.
• Sign in contractors, direct them to sites and monitor supplies.
• Ensure grounds care and safe operation of heating/hot water systems.
