SCHOOL SITE MANAGER

The Education Network Birmingham seeks a School Site Manager for a full-time position in Coventry, with a salary between £24,000 and £32,000 per annum. This role involves overseeing premises upkeep, health and safety compliance, and repair work across the school. You will manage inspections, resolve defects, and handle maintenance budgets while ensuring a secure environment for pupils and staff. Applicants should have prior experience in a school setting, a proactive approach to facilities management, and confidence in completing repairs to a high standard. Reporting on maintenance progress and supporting school objectives are also central duties.

SCHOOL SITE MANAGER - School Site & Maintenance Manager required to ensure that the school premises are kept to a high standard to include H&S. You will be a proactive School Site & Maintenance who is able to maintain high standards across school keeping the children and staff you support safe.

You will be:

• An experience School Site & Maintenance Manager Used to working in a school setting and understand the importance of H&S. Able to demonstrate a track record of managing maintenance across school. Happy to take direction and to help support the aims of the school. Experienced in providing maintenance reports and resolving defects. Capable of managing a budget for work that needs completing. Confident in carrying out repairs to a high standard. Used to carrying out inspections and being responsible for School security.

Must have:

• School experience. Enhanced DPS or willingness to undergo DBS check. Positive attitude and happy to get involved across all key areas. Experience working with cleaning and operational staff. Driving Licence. Appropriate Training Certificates. Understanding of Safeguarding in Schools.
