Job summary

Belmont Recruitment is seeking a School Site Supervisor for a fantastic primary school on a permanent contract. This part-time position runs 20-28 hours per week, Monday to Friday, at a Hampshire school.

You will be responsible for unlocking the site, basic maintenance and grounds work, and collaborating with contractors for repairs. A DBS check is essential, along with a proactive, reliable work ethic and strong balance management.

Qualifications

• Experience as a site supervisor in the education sector.
• Enhanced DBS (or DBS check)
• Strong DIY skills and a can-do attitude
• Dedicated, hardworking and enthusiastic with a good understanding of work life balance

Responsibilities

• Unlocking and securing the site as primary keyholder.
• General maintenance and grounds work (painting, sweeping, minor repairs).
• Coordinate with Hampshire CC contractors on major repairs and projects.
• Perform regular health and safety and statutory checks (e.g., legionella testing, fire alarm testing).

• Completing regular health and safety and statutory checks- e.g., legionella testing, fire alarm testing, health and safety checks
