Job summary

Randstad Education in Harrogate is seeking a Site Manager/Caretaker to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming school environment for pupils with SEND. The role covers day-to-day site operations, maintenance, health and safety compliance, and contractor coordination.

You will influence 12–24 month improvement projects, working with school leaders and Trust colleagues to uphold high site standards and support inclusive education.

Based in Harrogate

This is a key role in ensuring the school environment is safe, secure, and conducive to learning for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the school site, including maintenance, health and safety compliance, security, and overseeing contractors. You'll work closely with school leaders and Trust colleagues to ensure the highest standards of site operations.

There are also a number of exciting improvement projects scheduled to take place over the next 12-24 months, which you'll have direct influence over.
