Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a Site Manager for a full-time, permanent role based in Harrogate. The role focuses on keeping the school site safe, secure, and conducive to learning for pupils with SEND, with responsibility for maintenance, health and safety compliance, and contractor oversight.

The position offers opportunities to influence upcoming improvement projects over the next 12-24 months and to work closely with school leaders and Trust colleagues to maintain high site standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in site or facilities management (school experience desirable).

Based in Harrogate

This is a key role in ensuring the school environment is safe, secure, and conducive to learning for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the school site, including maintenance, health and safety compliance, security, and overseeing contractors. You'll work closely with school leaders and Trust colleagues to ensure the highest standards of site operations.

There are also a number of exciting improvement projects scheduled to take place over the next 12-24 months, which you'll have direct influence over.
