REESON Education is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor for a Great School in North London, Harrow. The role runs Monday to Friday, 6.45am to 2.45pm, with a full clean driving licence and enhanced DBS required.

Salary ranges from £19,860 to £26,456 per year, with a focus on security, maintenance and safeguarding within a busy school environment. The Site Supervisor will work with the Premises team to ensure smooth operation of buildings, grounds and equipment and to uphold the welfare of all

• Site Supervisor will work with the Premises team to ensure the smooth operation of school buildings, grounds and equipment.
• Role includes safeguarding and promoting welfare of all children.

Responsabilidades

• Security of Premises: Open/close school buildings, operate alarms, arrange repairs and ensure security of doors and windows.
• Cleaning and Hygiene: check/clean toilets after lunch and maintain cleaning storage areas; COSHH compliant.
• Maintenance of Furniture, Fittings and Equipment: carry out repairs and assist with seasonal exchanges.
• Maintenance of Buildings: support reactive and routine repairs as needed.
• Handyperson Duties: undertake minor tasks like nailing, screwing, minor alterations to keep facilities in good condition.
• Maintenance of Grounds: keep grounds tidy, sweep hard areas and ensure access in bad weather.
• Health and Safety: monitor safety hazards and report faults or incidents promptly.
• Porterage: manage deliveries and reposition equipment as required.
