Copperfield Academy is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to take responsibility for the management, maintenance and safety of our school site, ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming environment for pupils and staff. You will oversee contractors, supervise premises staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in site management, ideally in a school or similar setting.
• Skilled in general maintenance, repairs and use of tools/equipment.
• Knowledgeable about health & safety, including CoSHH, manual handling, Legionella and asbestos regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the school buildings and grounds are clean, tidy and well maintained.
• Oversee contractors and premises staff; supervise daily operations.
