Urgent Temporary Receptionist Needed

We are seeking an urgent temporary receptionist to work at a busy school in the BL3 area of Bolton. The role involves:

1. Answering incoming calls and transferring calls appropriately
2. Sending emails and taking messages
3. Liaising with parents and visitors
4. Meeting and greeting visitors and ensuring compliance for entry
5. Signing in and out visitors

Experience with Sims software is essential. The working hours are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with a 12:00 pm finish on Fridays. An Enhanced DBS check on the update service is required.
