Pippa's House Nursery in Guildford, part of Grandir UK, is seeking a Room Leader (School Ready) to join our caring team. You will lead the School Ready Room, support staff, and help children thrive in a warm, safe environment.

The role offers 40 hours over 4 or 5 days, a salary up to £31,200 depending on experience, and strong benefits including flexible working and genuine career progression within Grandir UK's nursery network.

Responsabilités

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
• Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
• Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
• Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately
• Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meet the requirements of the EYFS
• Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents and carers about their child
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
• Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
• Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
