Responsibilities

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
• Support and supervise playroom staff with day-to-day duties
• Deploy staff to ensure standards in the rooms are delivered
• Ensure implementation of nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers
• Ensure EYFS requirements are met in practice and provision
• Provide professional feedback to parents about their child
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
• Develop open, positive relationships with staff and parents
